Museum at Bulu Imam house
Bulu Imam made a museum in his ‘Sanskriti’ Campus from his own fund. He has a big collection of his found outs and many old things which he discovered.
Kohbar – Sohrai exhibition of Bulu Imam
Bulu Imam gave recognition to Kohbar art of Hazaribag. He arranged a exhibition in 1994 in Delhi. Then this continued also. He founded the Tribal Woman Artist Cooperative (TWAC) and he arranged and organized many exhibition all over the world with help of this. This art of his was broadcasted on Doordarshan channel also. He organized many exhibitions in More Pens gallery, Tamworth Art Center, Nexus gallery, Hogarth gallery and Indian International Center.
Exhibitions of Bulu Imam Painting
He organized many exhibitions all over the world. He organized exhibitions in Germany, Australia, America and in many other countries also. In these exhibitions, he exhibited Kohbar – Sahrai art and many paintings.
Bulu Imam as artist filmmaker
He made many films also and that means that even filmmaking is not untouched from his experience. He made a film on Tribal Art and Rock, The One Eared Elephant from Hazaribag, Tribal Woman Artist from Hazaribag, Early Creative Expression of Man, and In Search of the First Dog.
Bulu Imam as Poet and Translator
Bulu has translated 182 santhal songs. He has also translated 75 Birhor songs into Hindi as well as English. He has written a book on the way a fisher fishes. Recently his quest poem was also published.
Researches of Bulu Imam
Bulu is now an expert in research doing. His researches keep on being published in Ikomos Report and Research Journal. Recently, his research on a mere simple temple in Bengal, gained much publicity.
